The Villa sits on one of the most beautiful spots of the Latium coast, commanding spectacular views of Sperlonga Gulf, including the Pontine Islands and the open sea beyond.
The Villa is a very charming 3 bedroom (2 double + 1 twin) /3 bathroom villa with pool, located in a very private area in Sperlonga.
It is a perfect house for family and friends. It also have one more single bedroom next to the pool.
The rooms are located on the first floor and are bright and spacious.
The master bedroom has its ensuite bathroom, while the other 2 rooms share one bathroom.
The third bathroom is downstairs, next to the living area.
The living room is bright and spacious. Furnished with large sofas & chairs, it is the perfect spot to relax.
The living room opens to a terrace ,where there is a dining table offering "al fresco" dining.
The well-equipped kitchen shares the same room as the living room. There is a table for dining inside.
Spectacular views from the pool, and from the bbq area.
Ping pong table, 4 terraces, garden, bar next to the pool (gazebo with refrigerator). Private parking (up to 5 cars).
The villa has a dependance, with a separate entrance (double bedroom with bathroom and terrace), that can occasionally be rented with the main villa (price to be advised). |
