Place - Lungomare Pontina - Sabaudia is located in a highpoint overlooking Lake Paola with magnificant 360° views of the lake, Mount Maga Circe, the coastline and the sea.
Since it is in an elevated position it enjoys the constant seabreeze.
It is located directly across from the sand dunes, and has it's own private access gate leading down to the path to the beautiful sandy beach.
The property is located off the road and has a private gated entrance with parking area.
There is a lovely citrus garden, many pathways leading around the large enclosed property, numerous covered patios and terraces for dining and entertaining, and a pathway leading down to the lake.
Villa is dived into two parts:
the main structure (suitable for 10 persons plus 1 service) and the independent dependance (suitable for 4 persons).
The main structure is on two floors:
On the ground floor: there is an entry way, large open living room with fireplace, dining room with views of the lake, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, t.v room with sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom, one service bedroom with bathroom.
Upstairs on the second floor: there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace, two bedrooms with queen size beds and lakeview terraces, one bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with bathtub. From the upper level there is access to a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
The completely independent dependance is currently being remodeled and will have two double bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and private terrace with lake views.
Villa can be rented as an entire property (max 14 persons plus 1 service) or just the main structure, in this case the dependance would be closed. |
