CREW PROFILE Captain Mauro Forzati is 49 years old and has been entrusted with various roles on board of both private and charter luxury yachts since 1986. Then, he has been in command since 1995. Previous to that he worked in the commercial Navy for many years. He takes great care of his guests, trying to accommodate for every one of their needs, always taking total safety and pleasant cruising into consideration. He is very well versed with Italian cuisine and seafood preparation so that he might well be taking turns in the galley, with stewardess Sabina. Captain Forzati speaks some English and good French.

Stewardess Sabrina Corradi is 38 years old. She was trained by a technical school dedicated to the hospitality industry and sports a long professional standing within restaurants and hotels. Since four years Sabrina has been working on motor yachts as a chef, reaching ever higher standards of preparation of Mediterranean cuisine dishes (of which she could provide menus). She speaks basic English and she is fluent in French. Sabrina, by her own admission, easily relates to children and would be able to entertain them with playful activities.

Deckhand/Steward Mario Rasenti was born in the north of Sardinia 27 years ago. He has a formal education background in economics and business studies. Since 6 years ago he has been involved with the nautical sector: working in shipyards, being responsible for day charters and management of tenders, participating to nautical exhibitions, being employed as deckhand on board of private and charter yachts.
Among his interests there is surfing, fishing, soccer and music. Also, he is a very good cook who draws full hands in the tradition of Sardinian cuisine.
Having worked and studied in England, he is conversational in English. Also, he has a scholastic knowledge of French.
