ARRIVAL DATE - MINIMUM STAY
PRICES ARE IN EURO PER MONTH - QUOTATION FOR WEEK ONLY FOR A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK - SATURDAY ARRIVAL DATES CAN BE CHANGED IF AVAILABLE.
VILLAS ON REQUEST
Some owners reserve the rights to give the final confirmation; in this case all bookings are on request and subject to reconfirmation by the owner.
VILLAS DESCRIPTION
Each Villa is described in the PDF that shows the general caratteristic
- Pdf is an integral part of each contract of rent villas
- Locations of villas are shown by clicking on google map and google earth
PRICE
For each villa is specified if expences are included or not included - the villas marked like "ALL INCLUDED EXPENCES" have:
- initial and final cleaning
- electricity
- warm and cold water
- linens for beds and bathroom towels
- changing of linens 1 time a week
- a Tv with dvd- and stereo-player
- maintenance and cleaning of green
- cleaning of swimming pool if there is any
EXTRA
For each villa is specified what is extra; generally extra are:
- daily cleaning of villa
- personnel at disposal
- gasoil or electricy for heating
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon delivery of the keys, the vacationer will have to pay a security deposit depending villa by villas to the owner or his/her representative.
This deposit will be wholly returned on departure after a possible deduction due to damage caused in the lodging and possible inclusive additional expenses in the price of the lease
FORMALITIES ARRIVAL PEOPLE ADMITTED
On arrival the vacationer will have to show the copy of present contract and a passport or ID card to the owner or to his/her representative in order to register his or her presence as required by law.
Only when the vacationer(s) will have been properly registered with the competent authorities, they will be allowed into boarding the property.
The number of vacationers (adults and children) can not be superior to the number of beds indicated in the description of the villa, with the exception of children up to the age of 2, provided that the vacationer brings a cot and the necessary bed linen.
PETS, ANIMALS
The vacationer will have to inform us about animals (type and size)in advance. Animals will be admitted in the structures after approval by the owner.The vacationer has to look after his/her pets when taken to common spaces inside the property and to make sure of any possible damage committed by the same.
