The personal data of our clients is entered into a computer system by Foursprings srl as basic information and details collected and stored because of a legal obligation, in compliance with financial laws and fulfilment of contractual obligations regarding the business relationship with the client.
ITALYTOURISM considers itself authorized by the client to use the personal information with which it has been provided within the context defined in the previous paragraph, unless it is informed otherwise by the client.
The director of data management is Four Springs s.r.l. with legal offices in Viale Bligny 54, Via Zanella 68 - Milan, Italy. The client can write to us to exercise his rights of the Italian Law regarding privacy.
Below there is a brief summary of those rights:
