The organization of this scheme is made on foursprings.com navigation area: Information area for tourists,  Booking estimation area, Account area, where you can manage the booking console.

After availability control step, the system can proceed to three different booking type: instant, promised, and on request.

In relation to these three cases, the yellow steps indicate legal obligations and payment.

Instant (immediate confirmation)
the system gives the availability of the room or services at the moment of confirmation; payment is necessary to get the confirmation.

Promised (the customer wants to get the room and can garantie the payment) no rooms are available; if the customer requests the room; in case of confirmation by a hotel, the customer has to pay the room under the specific booking conditions applied by hotel.

On request (availality search)
No rooms are available; the customer wants to see only the availability; the hotel confirms (or does not confirm) the availability in XX hours. Booking is valid only in case of confirmation and payment by customer. If time limit is expired, it is necessary to make a new request.
